How to Play

  1. Take a spin to find out which exercise to perform.
  2. Perform the exercise non-stop for 30 seconds.
  3. Now spin again and complete the entire wheel of exercises until you're done.
  4. Complete the Wheel for an additional 2-3 rounds, depending on the intensity you seek. Be sure to challenge yourself and go for that sweat factor!
